The Practice

We provide comprehensive mental health and wellness support tailored to individual needs. Services may include evaluation and management of anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep concerns, burnout, life transitions, and women’s mental health. Our approach integrates evidence-informed care with holistic strategies to support both mind and body.

We offer secure telehealth services across the USA. All sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a private link to join your session. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link using your phone, tablet, or computer. The experience is similar to an in-person visit, just online.

Fees & Insurance

Insurance policies vary by provider and location. We recommend contacting us directly to confirm whether your plan is accepted. If we are out-of-network, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Self-pay rates depend on the type and length of appointment. Initial evaluations typically require more time and are priced accordingly, while follow-up sessions are shorter. Please contact us directly for current pricing details and package options.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills. If you are paying out-of-pocket (self-pay), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before your appointment.

Clinical Process

The frequency of follow-up appointments depends on your individual treatment plan, goals, and response to care. Some clients benefit from monthly check-ins, while others may need more frequent support initially. Your provider will work with you to determine an appropriate schedule.

Lab testing is not always required. However, in some cases, labs may be recommended to rule out underlying medical conditions, monitor medication safety, or assess overall health. Any recommended tests will be discussed with you beforehand.
